She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and Mathematics Certification from Immaculata University.

Rich draws from over 30 years of power industry experience in construction management, design and engineering, and quality assurance to identify potential solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
